About the Program
The Student Training Sales Project is a supervised weekend initiative designed to teach
students real-world skills such as communication, teamwork, respect, and responsibility
through community engagement and teamwork.
Students work in small teams selling chocolate bars at plazas and local neighbourhoods. Each
participant is part of a rotating supervision system managed by Alexander Tisson, who checks in
frequently throughout the day while overseeing multiple teams. Transportation is provided to and
from the sales locations.

Safety and Supervision
• Students work in pairs or small groups and are checked on regularly throughout the day.
• Work occurs only during daylight hours in safe, public areas.
• Students are never permitted to enter homes or vehicles under any circumstances.
• Each student is provided with identification and a stocked cooler of products.
• Supervisors drive between assigned locations to monitor progress, ensure safety, and restock
inventory.
• Hydration, shade, and breaks are ensured throughout the day.
• Emergency contact information will be kept on file at all times.

checked on regularly throughout the day.
